Gw99 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document sets out the terms and conditions for using the gw99 platform. Please read it carefully in full before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the gw99 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other interface we provide — you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

2. Account Creation and Security
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the gw99 platform. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and complete. gw99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred to or shared with any other party.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. gw99 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
Gw99 reserves the right to require full identity verification before processing any withdrawal or upon detection of suspicious activity. This process may involve submission of valid identification documents such as a Malaysian IC or a valid passport.
3. User Responsibilities & Rules
As a user of the gw99 platform, you agree not to engage in any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, hacking, or any attempt to manipulate the platform's gaming or payment systems.
- The use of automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from gw99.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or compromise the integrity of any systems, servers, or networks associated with the gw99 platform is strictly prohibited.
- Misuse of promotions or bonuses in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose is prohibited, including the use of multiple accounts to claim promotional benefits.
- Using the platform to distribute unlawful, seditious, obscene, or rights-infringing content is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to defraud the payment system or manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and appropriate legal action.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice, and gw99 reserves the right to freeze account balances pending investigation.
4. Payments & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the gw99 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus payouts — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details submitted are accurate and belong to them.
Deposits can be made using supported local payment methods, including FPX, online banking, and Malaysian e-wallets. Deposits must be made from an account held in the registered user's name only.
Withdrawal requests will be processed once the required identity verification is completed. gw99 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds and to withhold payment pending investigation if any suspicious activity is detected.

Important Note: gw99 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third-party financial institutions when processing deposit or withdrawal transactions. Processing times depend on the payment service provider and may vary from one to three business days for withdrawals.
5. Limitation of Liability and Account Policies
Gw99 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, gw99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. gw99's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
Gw99 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. We do, however, endeavour to provide a continuous service and will notify users as early as possible of any planned maintenance.
Account Suspension and Closure
Gw99 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for the following reasons: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, failure to submit requested verification documents, or any unlawful activity.
In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the account balance may be held while an investigation is conducted. If a breach is established, gw99 reserves the right to forfeit that balance. Users whose accounts are closed for personal reasons (not due to a breach) may request a withdrawal of their balance subject to the standard verification process.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Amendments
All content on the gw99 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, interfaces, and brand names — is the exclusive property of gw99 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
The gw99 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only, and gw99 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Users access such sites at their own risk.
Gw99 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Malaysian law governs all disputes relating to the use of this platform.
